Assisted Living Facility

Conceptual design for an assisted living facility. The uniqueness of the design is the combination of independence and support for residents. The building appears to be single family townhouses with the lower floor units having actual front exterior entries. Yet the back of all units have direct connection to a skilled nursing facility providing both independence and full support when needed. The upper level has restricted access suitable for residents with dementia.
